		<description>It most certainly does. I&#039;ve been using &#039;em for a while now. Granted, the extra cost makes them &quot;special occasion&quot; stamps (I wouldn&#039;t use &#039;em to mail the water bill), but they&#039;re great to impress your enthusiast friends or family! 

And they&#039;re legal U.S. postage, thanks to arrangements with Stamps.com and the U.S. Postal Service.</description>
